On the 5th of October, 2021, America Out of Debt Initiative, Inc. received it's Letter of Determination from the IRS. AOODI, Inc. is now a full 501(c)(3) Public Charity. Any donations made to the organization are tax deductible under IRC Section 170.

AOODI, Inc. Eligible to Accept Donations in Wisconsin - 5/25/2021

As of May 25th, 2021, America Out of Debt Initiative, Inc. is able to accept charitable contributions in the state of Wisconsin along with the twelve states it was able to upon its creation.

America Out of Debt Initiative, Inc. Founded - 3/1/2021

On this day, March 1st(2021), AOODI, Inc. was officially founded as a Wisconsin based company. It has applied for non-profit status as is allowed to function as such. It does not get tax exempt status or is able to offer tax claims on donations made until the Federal government verifies and accepts Form 1023. Any donations made may be claimed in the year they were made once 501(c)(3) status is given either through taxes or an amended return if already filed prior to acknowledgment.

Due to this reason, AOODI, Inc. is offering gifts in different brackets for donations as incentives that would be more than received back in taxes value-wise for the minimum needed for the bracket.
